&Premium's latest issue, released on October 20, is "Coffee, Tea, and My Time." Ahead of the release, confectionery researcher Rika Fukuda, who is knowledgeable about tea and snacks, and food director and essayist Sakiko Hirano will talk about "My favorite tea and snack time." As a souvenir, we have prepared the crumbly thick-baked cookies "Hallongrotta Basket 4 pieces" produced by Rika Fukuda from DEAN & DELUCA, and we look forward to seeing you. Rika Fukuda | Confectionery researcher. She produces sweets and proposes seasonal recipes in books and magazines. Her books include "Deliciously Decoding Stories - Food Theory and 50 Stereotypes" (Bunshun Bunko) and "Folk Craft Sweets" (Discover Japan).

Sakiko Hirano
Sakiko Hirano | Food director, essayist. In addition to having many serializations in magazines, she is the personality of the podcast/radio program "Aji na Fukuonsei ~voice of food~" (J-WAVE) and the representative of the confectionery brand "No Raisin Sandwich." Her books include "Shortcake from the Back" (Shinchosha).
