Ahead of the release, confectionery researcher Rika Fukuda, who is knowledgeable about tea and snacks, and food director and essayist Sakiko Hirano will talk about "My favorite tea and snack time." Sakiko Hirano
Sakiko Hirano | Food director, essayist. In addition to having many serializations in magazines, she is the personality of the podcast/radio program "Aji na Fukuonsei ~voice of food~" (J-WAVE) and the representative of the confectionery brand "No Raisin Sandwich." Her books include "Shortcake from the Back" (Shinchosha).
